With the recent server upgrades we performed, some clients are receiving a security/identity error on their mobile devices, mail clients or webmail. If you are using webmail, please make sure you use the addrses www.yourdomain.com/webmail and not an address saved in your favorites. If your device or mail client allows to accept the certificate, please do so. If not, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to your mail account settings
2. Turn off SSL for both incoming and outgoing servers.
3. Check to make sure the servers are set to mail.[YOUR-DOMAIN].[YOUR-EXTENSION]
4. Save the settings
5. Test to make sure your mail is working.

6. Go back to mail account settings
7. Turn on SSL for both incoming and outgoing servers. Set the incoming port to 993 for IMAP or 995 for POP and outgoing port to 465.
8. Test to make sure your mail is working.
